3. Gathering 2007      :

  • According to the minutes of the meeting of the Board of administrators (September 29, 2007), "Unanimously, one known as satisfied with these hours spent to the "Grande Ferme", Center Initiation of the Inheritance. The members appreciated the heat of the reception, the easy contact between the 35 participants at the time of the picnic external and especially the guided tour of the field of the character of Mgr of Laval.

  • What a emotion to find itself on the remainders of the first church of St-Joachim where the Gabriel-Robert ancestor married initially in 1694 and then in 1703!

  • It is wished that many other members of Association be able to go to "Grande Ferme".

  • For the election to the Board of directors, it did not have an individual proposal there, the president asking each one directly if it wished to renew his mandate."

  • the Executive Council (click this page) is then formed.

  • Also on this gathering of 2007, here was not some representative of the other lines of Dufour: In the 2006 meeting, here was a representative of the "Dufour said Bonvivant", a descendant of Pierre Dufour said Bonvivant: After having married Charlotte Gloria said Desrochers to Notre-Dame of Montreal in 1737, This soldier immigrated in Fort Detroit, Michigan, which was at that time a French possession in North America, and where its descendants live since nearly 3 centuries.

  • In the Book, these 4 INDICES are inserted in the pages which follow each one of these 4 lines, thus making it possible more quickly to target these families in the preceding pages.

  • In the descents of Joseph, that means One file of 4 pages in 3 columns; In that of Bonaventure, One file of 6 pages out of 3 columns, and in the line of Gabriel, two files of 6 and 8 pages out of 3 columns. For the line of Claude, two pages on 3 columns
