Lisieux, August 1994.- 

August 1994, during a journey in France, ''Tracking our ancestors!'', the Dufour families placed on the wall of the Cathedral St-Pierre of Lisieux, a commemorative plate as a tribute to Gabriel-Robert Dufour, who was native from St-Jacques, parish of Lisieux in Normandy, when he left to New-France.

The French text is:

"Gabriel-Robert Dufour.

Il fut l'aurore qui se leva à l'horizon du

premier jour de l'histoire de notre famille

sur cette terre d'Amérique.

Hommage des Descendants.
