"Back side , side of the Cap Tourmente" / "Front side , side to St-Laurent River"
House of more than 250 years, built on the site of Robert Dufour's concession of Beaupré. In 16th century, it was within the limits of Saint-Joachim parish.
Its measurements are the same that those of the new house constructed in 1703 and 1704.
In 1720, it became a house, ''pieces over pieces", of "thirty five feet on twenty feet width, a stone chimney in the middle, covered of boards'', as it is today.
